Nos servimos de estrategias participativas con el objeto de lograr un desarrollo que permita a las personas la construcción colectiva de nuevos conocimientos y ser al mismo tiempo beneficiarios y cooperantes. Nuestros proyectos se enfocan a la promoción y realización de actividades educativas, culturales, de intercambio y de creación artística.

Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana Unidad Xochimilco

Coordinación de Extensión Universitaria

The UAM is an educational institution that seeks to redefine the education system in which problems of social reality are involved. This teaching-learning system seeks to achieve a mastery of professional practices by recognizing that reality can not be apprehended from a unidisciplinary view, and attempts its analysis through multi and interdisciplinary perspectives. The University Extension Coordination, through its sections and programs, has as its central objective to offer to the internal and external community activities, spaces, opportunities and supports related to the third function of the UAM - the preservation and diffusion of culture, aligning itself to the institutional policies and seeking the link with the different instances and academic divisions of the Unit. In addition to the above, CEUx supports the strengthening of the UAM identity, the integration of students into university space and dynamics, the integral training of students, as well as the academic improvement of staff and the external community through the Education Program for Adults.

This exhibition was hosted by UAM Xochimilco since 2015, which is currently the permanent headquarters of the project.

Mission

Foster and disseminate artistic creation and collaboration, with particular emphasis on those initiatives that support innovation, interdiscipline and transversality. Its programmatic lines include different artistic manifestations, among them music, theater, dance, cinema, literature and visual arts, and contemplate the exploration and consolidation of communicating vessels between them. Likewise, Casa del Lago is a space for reflection on contemporary problems and offers training opportunities for students and professionals as well as for the general public.

Ex Teresa Arte Actual

Museum "Ex Teresa Arte Actual" is an enclosure and cultural project of the National Institute of Fine Arts (INBA), whose headquarters is located in what was the Temple of Santa Teresa La Antigua.

Ex Teresa Arte Actual has aimed to enable the exercise of current art through supports and multiple languages. Platform of intercross with the national and international artistic community that makes possible the task, study and memory of time practices.

In constant movement and attentive to its sociocultural context, it seeks to be an intermediary between the various artistic and public processes, and a link between artistic development and society.

Centro de Investigación en Música Contemporánea Minas Gerais

The Center for Research in Contemporary Music is an organization dedicated to research in contemporary music, with special emphasis on composition and technology. To the CPMC are linked several laboratories, with objectives of giving technological support to the processes of creation and teaching of music.
In addition to the laboratories, the CPMC also supports various theoretical disciplines, using resources to increase the efficiency of learning and optimize the teacher's time in the classroom, as well as to help the student in the conception of instrumentation, orchestration and editing of scores .

Grupo de Pesquisa em Criação Musical. Do Texto à Intertextualidade

The research group Musical Creation: from Text to Intertexto is a space for reflection on current musical practices, in which they include musical composition, sound art and free improvisation, with or without technological mediation. The goal is to expand the field of musical creation from several readings that promote technical and technological reflections and the possibility of developing and analyzing musical creation within the horizon proposed in the theory of intertextuality. Starting from the concept of creation as research, we propose a laboratory practice of observation and creation of copresence relations of texts in musical creation. With an investigative methodology traversed by analytical practices that allow us to evaluate and promote creative processes, compositional techniques and applied technologies for each process, the group will create bridges between composers, performers and artists from other areas.

Asociacion Ars Contemporanea

"ARS CONTEMPORANEA" is a non-profit civil association. It was founded on September 6, 1975 by the Mtros. José Luis Campana, Héctor Della Costa and Jorge Sala, under the inspiration of Mtro. Jacobo Ficher, of whom the three named were then disciples.

From the outset, this entity develops a vocation of solidarity towards the other institutions of similar ends, understanding that its action, far from constituting a sterile competition, tends to increase, as far as possible, the best public knowledge of contemporary, Argentine and universal music; That is why he has inscribed in his statutes the following statement about his social objective "to encourage the creation and dissemination of musical works of symphonic genres and chamber and the perfection of its members in the field of musical composition." By fulfilling these and other objectives included in its object and its institutional ideology, ARS CONTEMPORANEA maintains its presence with the effort required by the characteristics of our cultural environment, and in this trajectory has given and reveals new musical works for instrumental and vocal groups diverse, through consecrated interpreters or young and promising values. Festival DME (Dias de Música Electroacústica)

Breve descrição: Festival DME is an itinerant festival that had its first edition in Poland, in 2003, with artistic direction by Jaime Reis. The activities occur mainly in Seia (Portugal), but the festival has had several editions abroad, namely in Brazil (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte), Korea, China, Japan and the Philippines. The Festival DME also has an Ensemble - Collegium Musicum Electroacústico - and an artist residency.

ARS CONTEMPORANEA

Ars Contemporanea

"ARS CONTEMPORANEA" es una Asociación Civil sin fines de lucro. Fue fundada el 6 de septiembre de 1975 por los Mtros. José Luis Campana, Héctor Della Costa y Jorge Sala, bajo la inspiración del Mtro. Jacobo Ficher, de quien los tres nombrados eran entonces discípulos.

Esta entidad desarrolla desde su inicio una vocación solidaria hacia las demás instituciones de fines similares, entendiendo que su accionar, lejos de constituir una estéril competencia, propende a acrecentar en lo posible el mejor conocimiento público de la música contemporánea, argentina y universal ; por eso ha inscripto en sus estatutos el siguiente enunciado acerca de su objetivo social "fomentar la creación y difusión de obras musicales de géneros sinfónicos y de cámara y el perfeccionamiento de sus miembros en el campo de la composición musical". Cumpliendo estos y otros fines comprendidos en su objeto y en su ideario institucional, ARS CONTEMPORANEA mantiene su presencia con el esfuerzo que exigen las características de nuestro medio cultural, y en esa trayectoria ha dado y da a conocer obras musicales nuevas para grupos instrumentales y vocales diversos, por intermedio de intérpretes consagrados o de valores jóvenes y promisorios. Su accionar se ha desarrollado a lo largo de los años en Centro Cultural Gral. San Martín, "Promúsica ", "Casa América", Instituto Italiano de Cultura, Teatro Colón de Buenos Aires, LRA Radio Nacional, Centro Cultural Recoleta, Círculo Italiano, Salón Dorado de la Casa de Cultura de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires y otras instituciones oficiales y privadas.

A ÁguaForte atua na área da MÚSICA EXPLORATÓRIA, em seus vários recortes possíveis, como música de concerto, música instrumental, música do mundo, música pop experimental e arte sonora.

Atua na criação de conteúdos criativos e projetos especiais, na produção e gravação de discos (Selo), na publicação de partituras (Editora) e produção e gestão de artistas e grupos musicais.

A empresa é dividida em dois núcleos: produção de artistas e grupos musicais; e elaboração, desenvolvimento e gestão de projetos culturais.

Em 2013 realiza a primeira edição do Música Estranha - Encontro Internacional de Música Exploratória.
